Many upgrades including a new roof installed in 2017. In 2016 the carport and workshop were added and decks were refinished. New heat pump systems were installed on each level in 2015.
Two water storage tanks. One for the well and one for the rain-catchment system. Well has good production at over 400 gallons per day. Rain-catchment water is used for landscaping purposes.
Property has a second driveway so that you can safely store the RV and toys . The drive leads to the over-sized workshop, man-cave or she-shed…you pick the use. Actually, it’s big enough for all three uses!
